Midnight Evil Vs Hitpoint
Match Report
Week five in CAL-E would see us play a unknown swedish clan who we had been warned of being a lot better than there CAL-E results showed, with this on hand and our lack of map practise on mill we knew this would be a hard match to keep up are unbeaten run in the first season of CAL-E
Midnight Evil to start Terror as it was a home game, We took the pistol round with an agressive split to bombsite A which worked perfectly as we had there back to us as we pushed up middle.
We then took all the ECO rounds no problem, with plants to B Rushing through spiral, But on the 4th round they took us out with some great counter-play as we started to slow the game down a bit.
We exploited spiral pretty much through the T half, Rig pulled a mid air HS at mid, and some nice clutches by D, not to mention Frylundh’s Blind USP HS on Rig, Finished the half 10-5.
CT Half was going to prove hard, we started off with a rush and took the pistol with Phunky getting a sick knife in A box room, took the remaing ECOs again, Hitpoint rolled us with some fast rushes up mid and spiral, we managed to ECO them a couple of times with rushes, Hitpoint pulled off a crafty bunk in bombsite A and trashed us on an ECO, finishing the half 8-7 to them.
Overall it was a good game, the lack of practice and knowledge of the map reflected at the end
for us. Well played all.

Great game on mill, we really got going as Terrorist. Just slacked off a little as CT although they still got us on some mad rushes.
Saying that we did the same on our ECOs almost always taking them, god knows why we always win ECOs think its cos we just let loose and let the Rick James outta us all!

Was a good game, we let slide towards end, I’m pretty sure it was due to lack of experience on the map, need more practice on this one, gg wp all.
