#mEm.Lan 5 Event Details
The next event from the mEm-Gaming lan series is apon us, #mEm.Lan 5 will be the first major lan event open to the public from us here at mEm-Gaming.
The event is being held on the Friday the 13th - 15th of April (so dont get too scared!) and we have 24 places open on a first come first served basis.
The event venue is proudly being sponsored by SwanGlen Furniture in Bingley, West Yorkshire.
Event Details
- Onsite parking
- Entrance Fee £15 pound.
- Event starts Friday 13th 5pm
- Event ends Sunday 15th 3pm
- Friday = Chillin / Saturday = hardcorin’ it + Tournis / Sunday = Crawl home
- Bring your own beer, But stay orderly or else.
- Sound restrictions, Headphones Only!
- Local shops and take aways near by!
- We’ll be supplying snacks + some food (burgers,bacon sandwiches etc)
Tournements
- Warsow 1v1 (24 Players Max)
- CS:Source 2v2 (12 Teams Max)
- Rune Team Deathmatch 3v3 (8 Teams Max)
Rules and Prizes for the tournements will be announced at a later date
LAN Attendee checklist
- A fully working PC (Preferably freshly installed, Virus FREE!, With all your fave games installed)
- Power cables
- Power strip
- Headphones! (No speakers permitted)
- Keyboard/Mouse etc
- Monitor/LCD (No silly sized CRTs please, space issues)
- Sleeping bag + pillow etc.
- No patch cables necessary, we will provide
The venue has limited space and as such we do not have any provided sleeping areas but you are more than welcome to S@K (Sleep @ Keyboard) but for those of you that dont wish to rough it there are near by hotels and B&B’s. Just asking in the forums for more details.
