Competetive Maps Project
A few days ago aNgeldust from Insignia Cadre wrote a blog post on the cadred site about competitive CS: Source maps.
The idea steam rolled around the community and Source Junky’s own Junks took it apon himself to create a stipped down version on de_train (see screenshots attached to this post)
It would seem Junks work has been accepted by the community and both himself and aNgeldust have put out a request for more mappers to help strip the rest of the CS: Source maps.

Couple days ago aNGeldust wrote a blog about removing all the “trash” from the competitive maps and by that increasing FPS and general playability of the maps. That action has really kicked in and we have allready one mapper on the work.
This work for one man alone is quite huge and that’s why we ask all the skilled mappers to help us out.

After the maps are finished there will be beta-testing made by playing a high level cup for selected clans. The feedback from the clans will be our final test for all the maps.

Junks doing the shizzle as usual, this will be a big step forward, ofc getting them used will be another obsticle all together.
