Define Preparation: the activity of putting or setting in order in advance of some act or purpose; a substance prepared according to a formula;he cognitive process of thinking about what you will do in the event of something happening;
We have all had that match where we put our hearts into the game and practice 5 hours a day all week to gain a win which ends up with a hard defeat.
At the end of the match, everyone has their own opinion what impacted the match - Were you out skilled or just unlucky? This frustration can ultimately make teams stronger as they accept the defeat together, or break a team where a member can’t take the loss.In this article I will describe some ideas which can be implemented BEFORE the match to help relieve some pressure during the match. They won’t guarantee the win of the match, but they will defiantly make you feel a lot more confident when playing.
This article has been developed after Midnight Evil suffered a loss against the Finnish Insignia Cadre in the CAL-E pre-seasons. We didn’t give them a match which we felt was worthy of playing against them, this defeat made us change the ways we prepared on our match days.

Define Clutch: a tense critical situation;performing well under extreme pressure;Being “clutch” is often seen as an innate skill to be possessed — some players have it, some players don’t.
We have all been in a Clutch situation - your the last alive, there are three left on the opposition side and there is more than enough time on the clock for you to take the round if you can clutch it!
Many people belive that a Clutch round is just down to per-luck or even the stupidity of the opposition your playing, how many times have you seen someone plant the bomb on a clutch round only for your team to go in one-by-one and have their head splattered on the wall on the way. C’mon i know you’ve done it and know i have!
Of course when your the lucky one on a clutch round there a few thing most people think of doing and these tend to be:
1: Rush out and hope to hit some heads
2: Sneak a plant/defuse and hope for the best
3: Wait out the round and save that pistol!
What i tend to always find is that people panic when there left on there own and the odds are stacked against them, they forget about the round time, and if this is high they never seem to use it to their advantage.

Define Rush: done under pressure; the act of moving hurriedly and in a careless manner; a sudden forceful flow; the swift release of a store of affective force;
An affective rush can really demoralize the opposition whether your CT or T, but just how affective is rushing? Not at all if your team mates don’t trust you and the rush itself.
In this article i shall be looking over some key points of a rush and what effects they have on the overall outcome of the rush itself.
A effective rush is not just about hitting a selected area hard, its about breaking down key points in that area giving you the ability to take the opposition by surprise and if done correctly can force the rest of the team to compromise there position and rotate quicker than they would like too.
